Hi, no longer able to print any documents as latest software update is blocking use of alternative cartridges. Please advise how I can resume printing and using my alternative cartridges. I am not aware that the use of any cartridge is forbidden by HP, at least I was never told so. I can also drive my car by using all petrol brands....Pls resolve as the recent action HP is taken is extremely user unfriendly. Thx

  • Are you getting any error message or code while installing the alternative ink cartridge?
  • What are the troubleshooting steps you have tried so far?
