HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HP sent me 67/305 replacement cartridges and in trying to get the cartridge inserted, the "lift" tab broke off a piece of the  plastic cartridge holder that has a hole for the pin to fit in.  Now I'm getting a "3" "E" error as the old cartridge will not seat properly.  What am I supposed to do now.  I'm pretty sure the printer is still under warranty as I only purchased it about 2-3 months ago.

The main issue with the cartridges being too big is that the first one I tried, broke the cartridge holder.  I’ve already connect warranty support and am getting sent a new HP Envy 6455e.  The replacement cartridges you sent me are 67/305.  TOO LONG!
