Cartucho orginales sin reconocer HP 7740

Hola buen dia 

Compre unos cartucho originales para mi impresora HP 7740 tengo dos equipos

y en ambas impresoras me marca que el firmware bloqueo los cartucho 

y todos son originales y no me permite impremir, y la verdad gaste bastante en comprar los cartucho como para que no sirvan 

los cartuchos no esta caducados ni nada por el estilo
