macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have always used genuine HP catridges and it was printing normally a few weeks back (same set of catridges). Now the orange light keep flashing and it shows "Catridge has failed- Tri-color ink" error on the HP Utility app. I've cleaned the catridge, updated my printer firmware, turned it on and off but the error still persists. Can't print even a test page/alignment page. Can't clean the printer head, I can't operate the printer unless I remove the color catridge in order to print with my black catridge. It doesn't make sense because I purchased genuine catridges and have had no issues prior. My color catridge has hardly been used.

At this point I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for replacement cartridges

 


1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
