HP recently changed it's policy on One Ink Subscribers. I worked in industry for 37 years in a variety of management positions. I ALWAYS tried to make Win : Win situations. The Brain Surgeon(s) at HP think differently. The new policy now REQUIRES you to join a pay/month or purchase NEW cartridges for your printer. I recently receive new cartridges for my printer under the One Ink original policy. They work just fine and have very little use. HP has created a Lose : Lose situation. I'm NOT going to pay for new cartridges when I already have NEW HP cartridges. I can't print because of their policy change!  What I'm going to do is purchase a new non-HP printer and recycle the one I have. I am not going to be "bullied" by HP!!!  I am also NEVER going to purchase another HP product for as long as I live. I'm fed up with Companies who have this type of behavior for the simple reason I that "THEY DO BECAUSE THEY CAN!" Goodbye HP...

Can you be more specific with your issue?

When the user is subscribed to the HP Instant Ink plan, the ink is free, the HP Instant Ink subscriber is not paying for ink.
