My printer keeps defaulting to photo printing and I want it to reflect General Everyday Printing 8.5" x 11", Normal quality, Plain paper. Every time i go to print something, I need to change to my preferred setting.  Printer always jumps back to Photo, as if this is the default.

I want to make General Everyday Printing setting my default.

Please help. Thank you
