Hello. I purchased my OFFICEJET PRO 8710 in British Virgin Islands  when I lived in that country. I now live in the US and need to have my region changed to the US so that my printer can use the HP 952 cartridges rather than the 954 ones that are used in BVI. Thank you!

I understand you would like to perform a region reset on the printer.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.  

  

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link
