Hello there, the question is when I change my ink cartridge and it shows "the indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer", means I need to change my region code or what?

@HenrySS97, Welcome to HP Support Community!
Changing regions is necessary if you have moved countries.
If you have not moved anywhere outside the country from where the printer was purchased, I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge.
Also, Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
