Product: HP8630
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I bought my HP8630 several yrs ago in Canada, was temporarily transferred to The Netherlands and HP assisted with a Regional reset at that time. I'm now transferred back to Canada and would like to revert to my Canadian settings - can you help ?
