Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

I recently purchased this printer. I have to change the ink cartridge and I can’t figure out how to get the old cartridges out. I know this seems like something simple but I’m a senior citizen and I’m having some difficulty with it. Lol. The little instruction booklet shows you how to put the new cartridges in, but it doesn’t say how to take the old ones out. I don’t wanna force anything. Is there something that I have to do to release the old ones?

Go to the site below and enter the model of the printer where you see the magnifier image and press enter

One or more videos might be helpful

 

Look for unboxing, setup, printhead, cartridges.

 

You might find more results if you search for the printer series.

For example the 2743 is just one of the 2700 series so look for 2700 support videos
