I have a smart tank 670. Printing photos through the app, scaling is always defaulted to "Fill Page". and my photos are consistently being cut off.  Is there a way to change the default as "fit to page"?

Welcome to the HP Community.

I've never found a way to do what you describe.

I believe applications are written for the lowest common denominator (least capable device).

The idea of Saved Presets does not seem to be fully supported in PC / MacOS or in Mobile.

The closest you can get is setting up a Shortcut .  At this writing, these do not really save much in the way of custom settings.

I guess if you do it wrong enough, you'll remember to do it right.

Negative reinforcement sometimes works when other incentives fail.

Somewhat unfortunate method - "bad things will stop happening as soon as morale improves".

Rats.

Good Luck.
