HP Recommended

I have been with HP Ink for years. I had a spell in hospital and my carer was printing off forms and other items for me to complete for health and financial issues. 

Having gone over my monthly page allowance, I didnt check my emails or App. This resulted in my bill being 1.5 times over the usual. 

I contacted the WhatsApp help. The questioning and level of customer service was dire. 

I have now cancelled my subscription and bought another printer which has a better plan which will ensure I do not go over the limit.

The jump I  the HP plans from 100 to 300 pages and associated costs is too steep.

The plan I intend signing up to is only £1.50 more for double the pages (200).

My main complaint though is the lecustomer service I was given
