HI @jedigene1,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Keeping track of your page count while using HP Instant Ink is a bit different from managing traditional ink cartridges. HP Instant Ink offers a subscription-based service that includes a certain number of pages per month. Here’s how you can monitor your page count and manage your usage effectively:
1. Check Your Page Count via HP Instant Ink Dashboard
Log In to Your HP Instant Ink Account:
- Go to the HP Instant Ink website.
- Log in with your HP account credentials.
View Your Account Dashboard:
- Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your dashboard where you can see your current subscription plan, ink levels, and page usage.
Check Page Usage:
- On the dashboard, there will be a section or tab for page usage. This will display the number of pages you have printed so far and how many pages you have remaining for the current billing cycle.
2. Monitor Page Count Using the HP Smart App
Open HP Smart App:
- Install and open the HP Smart app on your smartphone or tablet. The app is available for both iOS and Android devices.
Select Your Printer:
- Choose your HP printer from the list of connected devices.
Access the Ink Usage Report:
- Navigate to the section where you can view printer information or settings.
- Look for the “Ink Usage” or “HP Instant Ink” section. Here, you should find details about your page count and how many pages you’ve used.
3. Check Your Printer’s Control Panel
Some HP printers provide page count information directly on their control panels:
Navigate to Printer Menu:
- Use the printer’s touchscreen or control panel to navigate through the menu options.
Find Usage or Reports Section:
- Look for options related to “Reports,” “Usage,” or “Information.”
Print Usage Report:
- Some printers have an option to print a usage report that includes page count information.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
