Hi @Patrick196,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To check the ink levels on an HP Envy 6055e printer, you can follow these steps.

  • Load Paper: Make sure there is paper loaded in the input tray of the printer.
  • Open HP Smart App: If you have the HP Smart App installed on your computer or mobile device, open it. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the HP website or your device's app store.
  • Select Printer: After opening the HP Smart App, select your HP Envy 6055e printer from the list of available printers.
  • Check Ink Levels: Look for an option labeled "Check Ink Levels" or "Printer Status" within the HP Smart App. Click or tap on this option to view the ink levels for each cartridge installed in your printer.
  • Using Printer Control Panel: Alternatively, you can also check the ink levels directly from the printer's control panel. On the printer's display panel, navigate to the ink levels or ink status section. The exact steps may vary depending on the printer model, but typically, you would go to the printer's settings menu and look for an option related to ink levels or cartridge status.
  • Online Resources: If you prefer, you can also check the ink levels from your computer by accessing the printer's embedded web server. Enter the printer's IP address into your web browser's address bar, and navigate to the ink levels or supplies status section.

Remember that the specific steps may vary slightly depending on your printer model and the software version you have installed.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
