Cierre de bandeja con hojas tamaño oficio

Deseo imprimir en hojas tamaño oficio. Pero al ajustar la bandeja en ese tamaño ya no es posible cerrarla para iniciar la impresión.  ¿Que debo hacer para poder cerrar la bandeja con hojas tamaño oficio?
