HP OfficeJet Pro 9730e Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought the OfficeJet Pro 9730e brand new today. Box was pristine so it wasn't returned and repackaged. Inserted the setup cartridges. The printer wouldn't recognize them. Would not align. I've removed/reinserted, I've done a hard reset, I've reset to factory. After the factory reset it finally recognized the setup cartridges, but now it's giving me a "need new cartridges to continue message." So, I went and bought a brand new set, installed them and guess what? Yep! It's asking me to install the setup cartridges. I'm stuck in an infinite loop of it asking for setup/new cartridges.

Someone please help!

I haven't even been able to print a test page yet. If you are tempted to reply with the boiler plate Remove/reinsert cartridges, clean contacts, do a hard rest, or reset to factory. Please don't. I've done all these multiple times.
