Product: HP Color Laser MFP 178nw

Hello, I have issues with the quality of the printer, HP color laser MFP 178 179 

I already cleaned manually the printer internally but the quality is still not good (printing the same thing at several places on the same sheet)

I want to clean the printer or align the cartridges through the app or the setup menu but it seems that it doesn't exist. 
Anyone had the same issue, how did you face it?

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
