There are streak in the printing for smart tank 500 and when I am trying to do the Clean Printhead in the HP Smart app, it is encountering an error and does not proceed with the process

I see that you are having print quality issues on the printer and are unable to run the printhead cleaning from the HP Smart app.
Reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.

Did you follow the steps in this document to clean the printhead? - Color or Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
Also, reinstall the HP Smart app to check if that helps.
