Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Lately, I have noticed that there are 'smudge marks' on the back of my paper as I print.  I'm sure the rollers need to be cleaned.

 

1).  Does the printer have a utility program to do this?

2).  If not, what are the steps for me to do this for my printer - OfficeJet Pro 9025?

 

I've seen a few articles on cleaning the rollers for other models, but do not see anything specific to my model.  Can you please direct me to the proper HP article to do this?  Or have any suggestions?
