HP LaserJet Enterprise 700 color MFP M775dn

I have no idea how to describe this print issue other than there being “clear” vertical streaks down every page that I print. The printer that I have can support up to 80 lb paper at 11 x 17 inches in size. I am using 80 lb paper (220 gsm) and 11 x 17, so the “max” this printer can do. However, these streaks will NOT go away. This is a refurbished (like new) printer that I recently purchased. We have since replaced the belt, fuser, and all 4 toner cartridges (non-HP toner but still great quality) so all of the essential parts can be brand new. However, I cannot afford genuine HP toner at this time so please give me other troubleshooting suggestions that do not relate to upgrading the toner. We have adjusted SO many settings at this point to try and alleviate this streaking problem (Video of Streaking Problem ). We have it set to the correct paper size, correct tray, and for the paper type, we selected “Card Glossy 170-220 gsm” (this is glossy cardstock as seen in the photo). Since this is a recent purchase for my business, I am still very new to all of the other print settings available on this printer. Is this problem an issue with the settings? If so, please tell me how to fix it. I am desperate to get this to work so that I do not have to end up returning this printer. I really need this to work for my business so that I can fully work-from-home and not have to rely on an outside print shop for my products. Thank you!
