HP Recommended

My printer’s display shows me a message (clear carriage jam) I don’t have any paper jammed, I have enough ink and each piece is seated correctly. I have noticed the printhead moving but it stays on the left side, it is not jammed it just stays there. I can move it manually without any problem. But the printer keeps saying clear carriage jam. How can I fix this problem?
