HP Recommended

The cyan and yellow cartridges are not printing. I replaced them 2x, I am using genuine HP ink. I have cleaned the printhead and the smudge mores times than I can count. I cleaned the metal parts on both the printer and the cartridge with a link free cloth. I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, made sure it is set as "color" under settings... NOTHING has worked and every time I try to log in to talk to a human for support rather than AI it says my account doesn't exist so I can't talk to a human........ HELP
