Product: Color LaserJet 3600n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer is installed on a Window 10. The printer was printing in color, then it started printing in monochrome. The issue was easily resolved by doing a PQ troubleshoot. However, it does not fix the issue anymore. May you please help?

It's a so called the sticky solenoid problem happened to transfer belt.
