Color Laser MFP 179fnw run out of toner so fast

Why does my HP Color Laser MFP 179fnw cartridges becomes low so fast? I just bought new cartridge and after printing 30 pages it run out of ink so fast. like 60$ for 30 pages? Seriously? The quality is on normal not at its best. What should I do? 240$ is not small amount to place order cartridge again.

What sort of jobs are you printing? The color cartridges are rated for 700 pages, but keep in mind that rating is based on printing 5% coverage on the page. If you are printing full color photographs you can exhaust the cartridges much faster. Even printing 10% coverage will result in twice as much toner used and the resulting yield is now 350 pages. At 20 percent coverage you may only get 100 pages. Keep in mind that most printers warn of low when there is still about 10-20% toner left to give you time to order new ones.
