MFP M177FW

I am having the similar issue with my MFP M177FW as described in the other thread which is a section (about 1/3 to 1/2) of my prints are missing:

There are also streaks on the prints as well (except on the missing sections).

I  have already performed the steps from the document Fixing Print Quality Problems for the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M176n and M177fw Printer Series and the issues persists.  I have also replaced the image drum the issue remains with the new drum installed.  Is there anything else that can be done to resolve this issue or does it need to go to a repair center?  Thank you for your help.
