Color printouts are blurry.  Printing of simple text in black is perfect.  The toner colors are not correctly aligned, apparently.  Red and Cyan are shifted to the left.  The Red bar is angled and lower on the right side.  I have used the control panel to "restore defaults" and then "calibrate now".  When scanned at 100dpi stripping was introduced, the colors are rather nice and solid in reality.  Thank you for any help in this matter.

How old and what type of cartridges. A color skewed on the page might signal a physical problem with the cartridge.

You asked about the age of the toner cartridges.  I bought a full set of 4 toner cartridges about 1 week ago.  To save money these are refurbished, but are said to be of "good" quality.  The CP2025dn is also refurbished and the seller support group reached out to help.  Well the alignment was much better when they looked.  It appears the "Calibrate Now" feature of the front panel improved the alignment, although it ran about 4 times over 2 or 3 days.  So it took about 4 calibrates to "fix" the alignment.
