Hello,
I am trying to determine how I can fix my Color Laserjet Enterprise M554dn of these banding type issues. They happen with Color and B&W, and a fine line moderately often will stretch beyond the print area too (as shown in the Color Picture). I have tried changing to HP Glossy 200g to slow the print process down, per the user guide/repair manual. I know print cartridge is another suggestion, but this being an very infrequently used home-personal printer, it isn't cost effective to replace printer cartridges as part of troubleshooting steps.
I have the M552, M553 Service/Repair manual, and I have disassembled HP B&W laserjets prior.
