My printer was working fine and then I went to print and now the magenta is not printing. I replaced the toner cartridge even though it was half full but still not working. I printed the supplies report and it says magenta is 90% but it does not show up on report at all. I have tried all troubleshooting to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

I can print in color or black only but when I print color the Magenta does not print. I have already tried a new magenta toner cartridge. Yhey are all genuine HP cartridges. The printer knows the cartridge is there and is full. The firmware is up to date. There are no error messages on the screen. There is no visible damage on the magenta toner cartridge or inside the printer where the cartridge connects to the printer. I have tried everything. What component could cause the Magenta toner cartridge not to print?
