Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I've came across a very bizzare issue with my Officejet Pro 7740 that I wasn't able to fix for a while now.
Whenever I print on an A3 paper, in color mode, the print comes out in jagged lines, and with a dull, brownish color to everything.
The weird thing is, while printing on A4, both grayscale and colored come out perfect. Heck even printing grayscale on a A3 paper looks great.
The only thing that breaks is A3 colored.
trying to test alignment only uses the A4, and as i mentioned, it looks as it should. and the problem persisted even after I changed ink cartridges.
Please let me know if there's a way to specifically fix alignment for A3 paper printing.
