Color images on HP officeJet 6958 have white horizontal lines across them

The color images have white horzonal lines through them as if the ink is low, however even after changing to new cartridges the issue persists. I have run an alignment and cleaned the printer head. I am not sure what else to do

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
