Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

Trying to print a photo but no color is printing. I've installed brand new cartridges, and I still don't have any color printing. Only black ink is working on the reports.

The black cartridge works.
The color cartridges do not!
Then complain about the color cartridges.
