My printer isn’t printing color correctly. I’ve done the ink cartridge check and all the colors come out perfect. Cyan, magenta, yellow, and black come out beautifully. The moment I want to print something brown becomes yellowish green. And the colors looked as if the image has been sitting in the sun for days. Black comes our gray. I tried to print a Harry Potter Hogwarts letter and it kept coming out yellow. I tried printing out a peach(fruit) that was more pink and it came out yellow. Idk what else to do. I’ve done the cleanings for it as well

Hi @BiankaLara,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are facing a print quality issue.
To assist better-
1) Does the copy print out the same way?
2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
3)What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or an iPhone?
While you respond to that, let's print a cleaning page
Print a cleaning page to improve print quality.
Print the page from the printer control panel.
HP Color LaserJet Pro M254dn, M254nw: Press OK, press the Right arrow
to scroll to Service, press OK, scroll to Cleaning Page, and then press OK.
HP Color LaserJet Pro M254dw: From the control panel Home screen, swipe left, and then touch Setup
. Touch Service, and then touch Cleaning Page.
When prompted, feed one piece of paper into the priority feed slot (Tray 1).
