@PaniaguaGroup, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I can help with that! Since you've already tried various troubleshooting steps, let's go through some advanced checks:

Check Toner Levels

  • Go to your printer’s control panel → Supplies → Check the toner levels.
  • If a color is low, replacing the toner cartridge may be necessary.

Run a Print Quality Report

  • On the printer screen, go to SetupReportsPrint Quality Report
  • Check if any colors are missing or faded.

Clean the Printheads & Cartridges

  • On the printer menu, go to SetupPrinter MaintenanceClean Printheads
  • Perform multiple cleaning cycles if necessary.

Verify Color Printing Settings

  • If printing from Windows:
    • Go to Control PanelDevices & Printers → Right-click your printer → Printing Preferences
    • Ensure Print in Grayscale is unchecked.
  • If printing from Mac:
    • Open Print SettingsQuality & Media → Ensure Color is selected.

Check for Firmware & Driver Updates

  • Download the latest drivers from HP’s official website.
  • Install any firmware updates available.

Try a Different File or Software

  • If the issue happens with one document, try printing a test page or another file to rule out software-related problems.

Perform a Factory Reset (Last Resort)

  • SetupPrinter MaintenanceRestore Defaults

Let me know what you’ve tried so far, and I can guide you further! 😊

Take care, and have an amazing day!

I have tried all of this and more. Nothing seems to work. Any other ideas?

@PaniaguaGroup, Thank you for getting back to us!

I see that you are facing an issue printing in colour on your printer.

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

- Do you have the same issue when you make a color copy on the printer standalone? (Place an original color document on the scanner glass and make a copy to confirm hardware is working fine)

- When was the last time you were able to print in colour?

- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Let me know!
