Check Toner Levels
- Go to your printer’s control panel → Supplies → Check the toner levels.
- If a color is low, replacing the toner cartridge may be necessary.
Run a Print Quality Report
- On the printer screen, go to Setup → Reports → Print Quality Report
- Check if any colors are missing or faded.
Clean the Printheads & Cartridges
- On the printer menu, go to Setup → Printer Maintenance → Clean Printheads
- Perform multiple cleaning cycles if necessary.
Verify Color Printing Settings
- If printing from Windows:
- Go to Control Panel → Devices & Printers → Right-click your printer → Printing Preferences
- Ensure Print in Grayscale is unchecked.
- If printing from Mac:
- Open Print Settings → Quality & Media → Ensure Color is selected.

I see that you are facing an issue printing in colour on your printer.
To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:
- Do you have the same issue when you make a color copy on the printer standalone? (Place an original color document on the scanner glass and make a copy to confirm hardware is working fine)
- When was the last time you were able to print in colour?
- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?
