Our printer only print in Yellow when its color printing. We did Print Quality Diagnostic Page and Blue color is completely blank. All other color, Black, Magenta and Yellow are clearly printed. We cleaned printer head almost 5 times now and that doesn't help. Please give us what we can do to fix this problem. Thank you.

Hi @CN25V47055
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
It sounds like your HP Smart Tank 6001 is having trouble with cyan ink flow, which could be due to a clogged printhead or an issue with the ink delivery system. Since you've already cleaned the printhead multiple times, let's try a few additional steps:
1. Check Ink Levels
- Ensure the cyan ink tank is sufficiently filled.
- If the ink level is low, refill it with genuine HP ink to avoid compatibility issues.
2. Perform a Deep Printhead Cleaning
- Go to HP Smart App → Printer Settings → Tools → Clean Printhead.
- Run the cleaning process multiple times (but not excessively, as it uses ink).
- If cyan still doesn’t print, try manually flushing the printhead (if supported by your printer model).
3. Check for Air Bubbles in Ink Lines
- Open the ink tank lid and inspect the cyan ink line.
- If you see air bubbles, gently tap the tank or run a printhead priming cycle (if available in printer settings).
4. Align the Printhead
- On the printer control panel or in HP Smart, find the Printhead Alignment tool and run it.
- Misalignment can cause missing colors.
5. Update Printer Firmware
- Visit HP’s support page and check for firmware updates.
- Install any available updates and restart the printer.
6. Try Printing in a Different Color Profile
- If printing from a computer, adjust the color settings in the print dialog.
- Try printing from different applications (Word, Adobe Reader, etc.).
