Hi, this is about the ink tank printer 419. I am using the original HP ink I got with the printer. For a few months, color print is not working, it prints in pink, also the overall print quality is poor and feeble. The print cannot be seen. I would appreciate it if you could suggest anything or send someone over to look into the issue. Thanks !

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.
SETUP ink cartridges are used only to set up a new HP printer or printhead and supply ink for the first series of your print jobs. They are specially designed to initialize a printer and calibrate ink levels.
Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.
Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
