Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The quality of color prints is terrible. I have an HP Office Jet Pro 6978 and have followed instructions to clean the heads and make proper alignment. Even the test prints come out poor quality with streaks and shaded colors when they should be even and crisp. The ink cartridges are 3/4 full.

I am having the same issue regarding my HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 printer. The color prints all of a sudden come out terrible. I have cleaned the print heads several times, my ink is great and HP, but still having issues. Has anyone found any help with an issue like this?
