Hello folks,

I have an HP Color Laserjet pro MFP M281FDW.  It recently started having issues with print quality, specifically with color.   The only issue with black/white prints is that it is ever so slightly lighter on the right edge.  Initially, we swapped out the toner even though they were brand new HP OEM cartidges.  That did not fix the prob.  I've replaced the transfer belt and transfer roller.   That did not seem to help, albeit, since then I occasionally see some color toner at the top of a black/white page after a color print.   I'm not sure if that was happening before the replacements or not.   I have run the cleaning function a couple of times and that doesn't appear to help at all.   I've also tried changing density values, and that does have some effect on the colors, but it's not the cause.   I've attached two diagnostic pages.  The first is with density at defaults and the second has them increased, and also displays the bit of toner that, on rare occasions, shows up at the top of the page.   Untitled.jpgUntitled2.jpg
