Dear Community,
two weeks ago I started noticing some severe fading in in magenta and cyan colors on all printing- and copying-jobs on our companies printer; a HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP M281fdw.
As the toner cartridges of these two where on the lower end, I thought there might be two new ones necessary. So I bought two verified cartridges, installed them and let the printer do a color-calibration. But unfortunately nothing changed.
Interestingly enough, when printing the diagnostics- and the demo-page everything seems fine. Maybe a light fading from left to right on the color-quality-page with magenta and cyan. So I am not even sure it is a problem with the hardware/cartridges or a soft- or firmware problem.
Here is an example for a copying job:
the upper one is the direct copy of an printing job one month ago
Here the same with a printing job from Windows/Adobe Reader vs. the original picture:
Here is the diagnostics-page:
And also the Configuaration report:
And the utility-status:
I also tried different drivers, different color-settings, reinstalled the drivers and the printer, resetted the printer, reinstalled the firmware, let the cleaning and calibration-option run a thousand times and now I am at the end of my knowledge. Please, if anybody may help, at least where the problem might be.
Thanks in advance.

Hi @AdrianElschek,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing a print quality issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
To assist better:

Sorry, is this a bot-answer?
Every question can be answered within everything I wrote in the post. But here we go again:
1. Yes, genuine, validated HP-Toners from a certified dealer (Media Markt)
2. Yes, same problem with copying, see pictures in the post
3./4. We tried every application we normally use (Word, Adobe Reader, Photoshop, Photo-Studio, Direct-Print-Out from Windows). We tried different devices and it is the same.
I already posted the Diagnostics-Page, but here we go again:
And yes, I updated the firmware, as mentioned in the post.
