Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Does anyone else have this problem?

My default printer settings are black only and the majority of my print tasks are general docs.  3x/year I have to print in color (docs with some color graphics), less than 500 pages yet I have had to replace my color cartridges  twice in 2 years.  Where is all the color toner going?

Toner can be used up during scheduled calibrations. Some programs can print in composite black instead of black. If you have never changed your black in that time period that is a distinct possibility. Under printer preferences, advanced make sure that Print all text as black is set to enabled.
