Greetings!! I've been having an issue where my MFP281fdw won't print Red, but it'll print everything else. I've tried a hard reset, cleaning page, updating the firmware, replacing the cartridges. Literally everything I can think of. This is the second of the same model that this has happened on. I hate to think this is just a hardware issue with the printer or with this model, especially since this has happened on 2 different ones. Does anyone have any suggestions?
