HP ENVY Photo 7120 All-in-One Printer

Hi  zMy black a d colored ink cartridge is used up.  I only received a black ink cartridge.  I need a colored one too.  I removed it because I thought maybe it would notify you that zI need a colored one too.  Guess not.  I will put it back in.

I see what happened—your printer didn’t quite get the hint! 😄 Removing the empty color cartridge won’t automatically trigger a replacement request, but no worries, I can help you sort this out.

 

If you're enrolled in an HP Instant Ink plan, your printer should detect when you’re running low and automatically send replacements. However, if you only received a black cartridge, it’s worth checking your Instant Ink account (if applicable) to confirm your plan covers color ink as well. You can log in at HP Instant Ink to review your subscription and order additional cartridges if needed.

 

If you're purchasing ink separately, you’ll need the HP 64 Tri-color cartridge (or HP 64XL for a high-yield option) for your ENVY Photo 7120. You can find them on the HP Store.
