Suddenly my Color Laser Jet Pro M252dw is putting blue and red streaks down the side of all pages.  Today is the first time I've seen this.  I changed the black cartridge a few days ago and it seems to have worked fine until today.  I ran the trouble shooter and it came up with no problems detected.  Suggestions?

Thanks.

I understand you are HP Color LaserJet Pro M252dw is producing blue and red streaks down the side of all pages,

here are some troubleshooting steps you can take to address the issue:

  • Check the Toner Cartridges: Even though you recently changed the black cartridge, it's worth checking if the blue and red toner cartridges might be causing the issue. Ensure that they are properly installed and seated securely in their respective slots. If any of the toner cartridges are low or empty, consider replacing them with genuine HP cartridges.
  • Clean the Printer: Sometimes, toner residue or debris can accumulate inside the printer, causing streaks on printed pages. Turn off the printer and open it up carefully according to the HP instructions.
