My colored ink will not print. I put in a brand new ink cartridge last night because my ink was low and now it’s worse than before changing it.  I aligned the cartridge, still not working. I then cleaned the cartridge and did the more in depth cleaning like the printer suggested and even aligned it again.  Not sure what the problem is.  The printer is telling me the colored ink and black ink are completely full too.

Hello, it sounds like you need to clean the print heads for the colors that are having the issues. ( Black, Yellow, Cyan, Magenta). To do this follow these instructions below.

  1. You can clean the ink cartridges using the printers control panel.
  2. Swipe left on the display and tap the Setup button.
  3. The Setup menu will display. ...
  4. Click the clean Cartridge Option. ...
  5. To clean the ink cartridges manually, take them out from the slot.
  6. Clean the slot with a dry cloth.
  7. Wipe the ink cartridges carefully.

       Hope this helps,

       thanks.
