We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution. We hope our assistance has been helpful!

It seems that your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fdw printer is experiencing a color output issue where greens are printing as blue. This can be due to several reasons, and here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

  1. Check Printer Driver Settings:

    • Ensure that the printer driver settings on your computer are set to default and that the color mode is set correctly. This can affect how colors are printed.
  2. Calibrate the Printer:

    • Perform a calibration. The calibration process adjusts how the printer mixes colors, which might resolve the color accuracy issue.
  3. Print Quality Diagnostic Page:

    • On the printer's control panel, navigate to the Settings or Setup menu, then look for Device Reports. Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Page to help identify which cartridge might be causing the issue.
  4. Inspect and Reinstall Toner Cartridges:

    • Remove each toner cartridge and ensure that they are seated correctly. Check for any leaks or damage. Reinstall them properly.
  5. Check for Firmware Updates:

    • Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date, as updates can fix known issues and improve performance. You can check this on the HP support website or directly through your printer's settings.
  6. Run Print Cleaning Utility:

    • Use the print cleaning utility available in the printer settings. This can clear any debris or particulates affecting print quality.

I hope this helps!

Take care and have an amazing day!
