I recently replaced all the toner in my printer with original HP toner direct from HP. When I print a picture, the colors are all off and washed out. I have tried everything from calibration, powering the printer down for a full 24 hours, uninstalling and re-installing drivers and software and nothing helps. I am not printing in Econo mode and I can't even find an option to print in "good, better, best quality".

 

Toner for all colors is at 90% and black was replaced later and is at 100%.

 

I'm stuck, please help!

HP Recommended

Just spent an hour on the phone with customer support, we tried everything imaginable.... still not printing correctly.

 

The recommendation from HP since the printer is now a few months out of warranty they suggest we replace the entire unit.
