I understand that your HP Smart Tank 750 All-in-One printer is active but is not processing color prints. Let’s try a few troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue:

Check Ink Levels

  1. On the printer control panel, navigate to Ink Levels or check through the HP Smart App.
  2. Ensure that the color ink tanks have sufficient ink. If any tank is low, refill it with genuine HP ink.

Clean the Printhead

  1. Open the HP Smart App or the printer control panel.
  2. Navigate to Printer Maintenance > Clean Printhead and follow the on-screen instructions.

Run a Print Quality Diagnostic Report

  1. Load plain paper into the printer.
  2. On the printer control panel, go to Setup > Reports > Print Quality Report.
  3. Check for missing or faded colors in the printed report.

Check Print Settings

  1. When printing, ensure that the Print in Grayscale option is not selected in the print settings.
  2. Verify that the correct paper type and quality settings are chosen.

Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers

  1. Visit the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for your printer model.
  2. Uninstall the current driver from your PC, restart the system, and reinstall the latest version.
