It seems to me that it is now a common thing for all models of HP printers to stop printing in colour.
Test print works in colour but not normal printing regardless of the setting preferences you have for colour.
What's going on HP??

I have finally found a solution for the problemn of no colour printing.😁
1. Completely uninstall your printer even in Devices and Printers;
2. Install your printer manually in Devices and Printers using Add Printer.
3. Do not select your printer if it shows up during the scan. Instead select 'The printer that I want isn't listed'.
4. Select 'Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings'.
5. In 'Use an existing port, scroll and locate your printer with (Standard TCP/IP Port) included in the name (5a). If your printer isn't in the list then select 'Create a new port' and change 'Type of port' to 'Standard TCP/IP Port' (5b).
5a.1. In 'Install the printer driver: Select your printer manufacturer, printer name and model then 'Next'.
2. Select 'Replace the current driver' then 'Next'.
3. Edit or modify your printer name to your choosing or not.
4. Decide whether to share your printer or not.
5. Choose to 'Set as default printer' or not then click on 'print a test page'. Hopefully, you should have a colour printed test page instead of a greyscale printout and further print outs should be in colour.
5b.1.
