Colour cartridge not accepted

Just installed a new genuine HP63/302 tricolour cartridge on HP Envy4527 and error appears. Installing the old cartridge and the error disappears

I AM STILL WAITING FOR HP TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE PROBLEM - I HAVE TRIED ALL HE THINGS THAT THE VIRTUAL AGENT SUGGESTED TO NO AVAIL. I HAVE A NUMBER OF DOCUMENTS I WISH TO PRINT AND THE PROBLEM WITH THE CARTRIDGE IS HOLDING ME UP - PLEASE SEND ON A REPLACEMENT COLOUR CARTRIDGE AND A RETURNS BAG
