When i try to print in green or certain shades of pink the colour doesnt show up or shows up too dark or too light. Ive cleaned the cartridges and aligned the printer but it did nothing so i told currys and got a replacement. the new one came in the mail today and it did the exact same thing. ive edited the colours, tried different paper, different devices (my iphone, ipad and windows laptop) and nothing. this is a brand new printer and ive changed the ink multiples times. please help!!

I would like to help
Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Report, and then evaluate the results.

On the control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup
icon.

Swipe up on the display, touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.
A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.
