HP OfficeJet 8017 All-in-One Printer

I have an HP Office Jet 8010 but the colour has stopped printing properly ink is full printy head aligned etc but still a proble. Any advice as support at HP not helpful.

Clean the Printhead: Sometimes, dried ink or debris can block the printhead. You can clean it manually or use the printer's built-in cleaning function.

Check Ink Cartridges: Ensure that the ink cartridges are properly installed and not expired. Sometimes, even if they are full, expired cartridges can cause issues.

Print Quality Diagnostic Page: Print a test page to check for any specific color issues. This can help identify if a particular color is missing or misaligned.

Update Printer Firmware: Make sure your printer's firmware is up to date. Sometimes, software updates can fix printing issues.

Reset Printer: Try resetting the printer to its default settings. This can sometimes resolve unexpected issues.
